**Pay Rate/Ranges:  Varies per location based on minimum wage requirements
    Locations in Farmingdale, NY - $10.35 + tips
    Locations in New Jersey (Bayonne, Brick, Holmdel, Paramus, Ramsey, Secaucus) - $5.62 + tips
    Locations in Oakbrook Terrace, IL - $9.00 + tips
