RN or LPN Private Duty Nursing

We are seeking an RN Or LPN Private Duty Nursing to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients. This is hourly "one-on-one" position with chronically ill patients at their homes (or places of residency) . Our agency serves Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, St. Clair counties as well as western /Ohio boarder counties. This position can be Full or Part time. Flexible days/hours are also available. ​Responsibilities:

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses, Mds and /or Case Managers to administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment (trach care, ventilator management, tube feed e.c.t.)
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• Communicare changes in patient's conditions to main office

• Previous experience in nursing and skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independent
