- Responsible for making outbound / inbound calls to patients and physician offices who have expressed interest in this medical device System.
- Apply knowledge of products to answer customers’ inquiries
- Must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree Preferred
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- English and Spanish Fluency preferred
- Computer proficient in MS Word /Outlook
- Experience in medical software (EMR/PM) is a plus
- Salesforce/CRM competency a plus
Required qualifications:
