Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm (1 unpaid 30m lunch)
- In emergency situations, you may be asked to work off hours and/or a weekend

- Knowledge of Restaurant Operations and Office Work

Job Description, but not limited to:
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and staff
- Assisting with new hires including onboarding paperwork, training, and following through for completion of training
- Completion of weekly spreadsheets (Hrs. scheduled vs hrs. worked, weekly ledger, etc.)
- Obtaining weekly paperwork and deposits from each restaurant
- Processing payroll and tips via Paychex
- Assisting employees with payroll questions, issues, etc.
- Monthly Sales Tax
- Obtaining Control Sheets and emailing to CPA
- Working with TeamViewer and POS's
- Menu Manager
- All aspects of office work and “behind the scene” operation of restaurants
- Help company in all aspects when DOO is unavailable
