Service Maintenance Technician - Full-time

Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm (1 unpaid 30 min lunch)
• In emergency situations, you may be asked to work off hours and/or a weekend

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers' License
• Experience with repairing and installing restaurant equipment
• Experience with repairing and installing HVAC units

Job Description

Interior and exterior building maintenance for 33 Subway locations within Albany, Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Schenectady, Montgomery, Fulton, and Schoharie counties.

• All aspects of maintaining restaurant equipment and HVAC units
• Focus on preventative maintenance for all restaurants and buildings
• Tailoring preventative maintenance schedules for each restaurant building

Required qualifications:
