Job Description

Hybrid (4 days in the office - one from home), Full-Time

SUMMARY: Account Receivable Clerk manages the day-to-day billing, collections and other administrative tasks. Position reports to Installation Coordinator and Controller.

Primary duties include but not limited to

Billing

Collections

Other duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors in Accounting, with 4-5 years of general accounting and hands on Cost Accounting experience
Experience in construction or construction related environment is a must
Intermediate Excel or greater
Experience working in a high-volume setting
Strong communication skills- able to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
