Personal Injury Attorney

Well respected litigation personal injury law firm with offices in Maryland and Virginia is hiring entry-level and experienced attorneys. Entry-level attorneys can expect to spend their first year working with and learning from both workers’ compensation and personal injury practices . This will allow you to participate in choosing your career path and growth .

This is a great opportunity for a litigation attorney to work with other experienced litigators. Some positions will require immediate appearances in both administrative and court proceedings.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· ​Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA approved school

· 2+ years of litigation experience for some positions

· Active license and good standing with the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia Bar

· Demonstrated ability to value client service and team work by managing relationships, both internal and external.

· Demonstrated knowledge of state legal system and law

· Demonstrated strong professional ethics, loyalty, reliability and accountability

· Demonstrated focus on competency skills such as details, organization and communication

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

· Workers’ compensation and personal injury experience preferred

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
