Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Byrd Campbell P.A., a well-respected National firm with offices in Orlando, Boston, Dallas and Pensacola specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Complex Business Litigation, is seeking a high-performing and very detail-oriented individual for an opportunity to join the Real Estate team. The position is based in the Firm’s Winter Park, FL office, however the ability to work fully remotely is possible.

The Paralegal role would entail assisting attorneys with major commercial real estate transactions, including the review of title, survey, and other due diligence, curative resolutions to title issues, organization of pre and post-closing documents, management of transactions and closings, preparation of closing statements and checklists, as well as assistance with other aspects of the transactions, including contract review, lease review, title objection letters, and entity formations.

Candidates must be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and initiatives with minimal oversight while being extremely organized and efficient with strong follow-through and accountability.
