Office Manager

Are you a retired teacher, medical professional, or parent re-entering the workforce? We are looking for an office manager for our growing veterinary practice in eastern Loudoun County. If you are outgoing, enjoy training/coaching others to succeed in the service industry, are a problem solver, and have an interest in caring for companion animals, this is the position for you. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff. Previous veterinary experience, office management/administrative, or customer service experience is a plus. This position is a full-time position with rotating weekends and evening hours. We are also open most holidays. Salary commensurate with experience and excellent benefits, including medical, pet discount, and 401k.
