General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including:
- Hands on Day to Day Operations
- Labor
- Inventory
- Guest and community interaction
- Restaurant environment and maintenance
- Delivering the mission statement to all guests
- Interviewing, Hiring, and Training
- Performance reviews
- Controlling costs
- Inventory management
- Product quality
- Improving sales
- Promoting the mission statement

- High School diploma or University degree preferred
- 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Food Safety Certification
- Basic Accounting and math skills
- Ability to read a P&L statement
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong Conflict Resolution skills
- Strong Scheduling Skills

50-60 hour work week
