Lead Toddler/Preschool Teacher/Floater

Kidzzzz AKAdemy Education Center is seeking to hire a qualified Toddler, Preschool, and Floaters to educate and provide a fun, loving environment for our students. Our teachers must have love, patience, and genuine interest in the development of children.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans in accordance to the school's curriculum
• Develop and maintain a developmental climate that encourages students to excel.
• Maintain an environment where students have structure and routines
• Teach children to interact with each other positively and respectfully.
• Ensure students meet the Teaching Strategies Learning Domains.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses to build areas of focus and praise.
• Communicate children's progress through organized teacher and parent conferences.
• Properly maintain an organized and clean classroom.
• Help maintain a positive work environment where all staff feels respected and encouraged.

Qualifications

We would like for you to have at least a C.D.A. OR degree in Early Childhood Education.
