A global furniture manufacturing company is looking for a customer care phone operator to handle account management, phone handling, and data entry. This position ensures the steady flow of operations and contributes to the overall success of the company. You will be expected to show up on time, work in an organized manner, and handle each customer interaction with care and specialized attention.This family company has been serving customers for over 50 years. They believe in the power of community and are constantly reaching out to those around them with donations and partnerships to help support others. Also, they believe in doing good for their people and strive to earn and keep the loyalty and trust of their employees.Responsibilities

Monitoring customer's deliveries and their status
Update customers on their purchases in a timely manner
Assist with troubleshooting and sending notifications
Handle phone calls for the customer service department
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
High School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service representative experience
Be reliable and extremely trustworthy
Possess good communication skills, written and oral
Maintain a warm and friendly personality
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to multitask throughout the shift
A clean background check and drug screen
Must be able to lift and move 25 pounds
Dress in business casual attire
