Full-Time position. We are looking for an out-going, detail-oriented, energetic person who has what it takes to help with our growing needs. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform a variety of duties related to the supervision of client care, particularly but not exclusively in Waltham, Watertown, Newton and Brookline. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and most importantly a positive attitude. The candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high level customer service skills and be an excellent multitasker.
Other position requirements:
Plan and execute a schedule that ensures each assigned client has quality assurance visits appropriate for his/her unique circumstances
Counsel and provide training, as needed, to caregivers to help them care for their clients
Help to identify and resolve client and caregiver issues
Directly care for clients in an emergency, when a shift cannot be filled, or as otherwise required
Ability to work evenings and weekends as circumstances may sometimes require
Must exercise sound judgement and good decision making skills
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
Must have strong computer skills
Must be fully vaccinated and be committed to remaining so
Must have a reliable, presentable vehicle
Home Care and CNA/HHA experience a plus
Complete a criminal background check, driving check and drug screen
