As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for hard-working, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented, honest, and people that enjoy serving each other as well as our guest. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Requirements
- Go above and beyond for Fellow Team Members and Guests; provide Second Mille Service
- Ensure all guests receive an attentive and courteous experience, signature Chick-fil-A food and services
- Be punctual, responsible, dependable, courteous, coachable, and mature
- Be available to work most Fridays, Saturdays, early morning and late night shifts
- Maintain strict adherence to to Food Safety procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Quality procedures
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Have strong communication/verbal skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Have an eye for detail orientated and prepare all products to Chick-fil-A Standards
- Be able and willing to multi-task and work multiple positions in the restaurant when needed
- Be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
- Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
