FOH & BOH Shift Leaders $12-$16/hr based upon availability and tenure.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that every guest is being shown Care as well as having a Remarkable experience. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned areas of the business for an entire shift and are expected to open or close. Shift Leaders are expected to embody all the values that are expected from team members and be the role model for what they should look like each day.

Responsibilities include:

• Coach Team Members to Chick-fil-A Standards (Service, Quality, Food Safety, Grooming, Store Procedures)
• Make sure all guests are being served quickly and accurately
• Model what it means to create a "Remark"able guest experience
• Make sure the restaurant is a clean and safe environment
• Ensures that cashiers always follow cash handling procedures
• Execute proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
• Holds themselves and all team members to a high standard

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work
