The primary purpose of the Meat Assistant Department Manager is to supervise the selection, pricing, preparation and promotion of designated products in the defined area. The Assistant Department Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all functions, duties and activities for the Meat department, and to support the day to- day functions of the Meat operations.

• 3-5 Years of Previous Meat Management Experience is required, preferably in a Supermarket environment
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Must be able to stand while walking for entire shift
