Come Cook in the Mountains

Chefs, Line Cooks, Servers - Ready to live, work, and play in the mountains? We have a very successful restaurant group in the North Georgia mountains cooking everything from pizza to escargot stuffed mushroom caps. We work with handmade pasta, sauces, desserts - doing our best to source local ingredients, but always pride ourselves on finding the best ingredients possible. We love the ingredient itself. It's the star of the plate, and we work diligently not to screw it up and let it shine. We love our guests. They are the reason we do what we do. We love their excitement with our dishes, whether it's the best burger we can make, incredible BBQ we smoke ourselves, or beautiful fish raised right in the cold Appalachian rivers. We love our staff - their quest for knowledge, their desire to provide our guests with the best experience they can provide. And we love meeting and hiring new folks. Right now, we have several positions open from Lead Chefs to Sous Chefs to Line Cooks to Dishwashers. We have five restaurants operating presently, including one that will double in size by Summer.
