QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy; Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Mississippi.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs in-depth evaluation and assessment; develops and implements treatment plans; manages patient's progress toward goals and discharges patient when maximum benefit from therapy has been achieved. Participates in utilization review, in-service education, maintains continuing education, and maintains patient's medical records pertaining to the practice of physical therapy. Be a Professional, compassionate, team player.

Working in a team-oriented, neuro-orthopedic, outpatient setting.
