Collections Representative

Busy civil litigation practice seeks a customer service representative to manage incoming calls, contact debtors and negotiate resolution of past due accounts. You will perform administrative functions, work closely with in-house attorneys and clients including presenting offers and settling disputes.

Customer service experience a plus.

Must be customer oriented, adapt and manage multiple assignments while working independently; possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an ability to adhere to strict compliance standards.

Must possess a minimum working knowledge of computers and phone systems.
