Job Description

We are seeking for a Nurse 12 to 16 Hrs Monday to Friday and Weekend to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients in the home. RN's available to provide support and training for those having not treated a patient with wounds, GT, Trach, or Vent ~ WE WILL TEACH YOU!!!.

Responsibilities:

Critical Care for disabled patients in their home (Pediatrics and Adults)
Provide care with compassion and collaboration w/ the supervising RN's
Report changes in patient status and support the patients, family members via education
Provide wound care (basic) to wound vac's, and other MEDICAL SURGICAL treatments in the patient's home!
Skills Lab Offered Annually to grow your Confidence and Competency as a Professional Clinician

Qualifications:

NEW GRADUATES - 1 Year Experience Accepted; WILL TRAIN!
Familiarity with medical treatments and medication administration
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
