Kalimotxo is a Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar on West 3rd St. downtown ATX from the Emmer & Rye family. Kalimotxo invites guests to a vibrant space where they can have a quick drink or hang all night with goods friends. We celebrate the spirit of the Basque s social bar culture with a curated Spanish wine list, amazing craft cocktails and flowing porrons. The dishes are created with imported Spanish specialty goods and honor traditional flavors but are also injected with our own unique ideas. Our team s hospitality provides the comfort of a local neighborhood bar in a space that invites to have night out on the town. We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals with an outgoing personality, positive energy, whom work well with in a team, and are looking to grow with a group of passionate individuals.
