The Specialty Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:
• Helping others, understanding a customer's needs, and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience while having fun doing it
• Working at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
Your Team is counting on you as a Specialty Sales Associate to:
• Provide flexibility to work one of the following shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm - weekdays, weekends and holidays

Specialty Sales Associate Key Accountabilities:
• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers that exceeds their expectations
• Act as brand ambassadors ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
• Assist customers with product/services selection and information
• Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift
• Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times
• Service multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards
• Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service
• Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate product knowledge to customers
• Participate and contribute in daily briefings, staff meetings

• Ask lifestyle questions to suggest appropriate product
• Provide quick and accurate service
• Thank the customer each and every time
• More than 2 years of retail experience in high-end fashion retail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High-end, department store, or specialty retail background required for this position
