House Manager/Caregiver

As a House Manager you will supervise the provision of assistance to person(s) served in order to promote their physical, social, and psychological well being. Monitor and ensures staff follow agency procedures to promote optimum safety practices to provide a safe environment. Monitor and ensures staff completes all documentation as required to ensure quality services. Prepare and post schedules in a timely manner, and efficiently utilizes staff. Prepare meals, medical appointments, activity schedules etc. Provide supervision and care to residents. Use of a Hoyer Lift required. Complete and maintains all required State mandated trainings such as Medication Administration, Information and Training Specific to the Person, CPR, First Aid. Relias Training a plus.
