Meat Cutter Butcher

We are a family owned business that has been opening its doors to the community for the last 60 years, and customer satisfaction is our main concern. Our meat department is the hub of our business and our sausage is our specialty.
This is a Full Time Position and there is room to grow and possibilities of advancement.

We are open Mon-Sat 7am - 7pm & Sun 9am-3pm

Job Responsibilties:
- Clean and Sanitize work station and all equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality.
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form.
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine.
- Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 80lbs.
