Maintenance Grounds Keeper - Full-time

Description:

Seeking a Maintenance Grounds Keeper for an organization that specializes in remanufactured and bulk lumber, imported and domestic plywood. Some of their key markets include recreational vehicles, manufactured housing, cargo trailers, mobile office, park model, retail and industrial. There are 6 plants in Elkhart and 2 connected plants in Bristol. The Elkhart locations specializes in lumbar remanufacturing and Bristol specializes in lamination. Commuting between plants is a requirement of this position and is done in a company vehicle. A MVR check will be administered.

Responsibilities:

-All things grounds and facility related

-Install and repair broken/leaking plumbing

-Mow, edge, pull weeds, shovel/plow snow

-Minor electrical repairs

Hours:

Day Shift: 6am-3pm, Mon-Thurs, 6am-12pm Fri.

*currently averaging 40hrs/wk.

Pay:

$18-20/hr

+ $4/hr attendance bonus
