We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, quality control, and implementation. This position will be for the Dallas and surrounding areas with no traveling necessary. Company Vehicle provided..
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and all job site and OSHA guidelines are followed
- Assist in allocating resources for projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with sub contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management in heavy commercial/industrial background
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be proficient in using computers for document review, emails, and creating necessary documents using Microsoft based programs
- MUST be able to pass back ground check including but not limited to drug screening, felony record, domestic violence, I-9, etc.
