Pediatric Practice looking for a friendly, outgoing personality to join our team. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our practice. Multitasking and stress management skills are important for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance
- Ensure waiting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable
- Multitasking and stress management skills
- Experience as a receptionist and/or similar role dealing with people
- Professional Attitude and Appearance
- Customer service attitude
- Computer Skills
- Use of Electronic Health Records (knowledge of Office Practicum EMR a plus)
