Front Desk Receptionist

The La Quinta Inn and Suites Tuscaloosa is seeking a qualified, dependable hotel front desk clerk with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making.

Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task efficiently.

A successful history as a hotel front desk clerk or related hospitality experience is helpful.

Must have a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Register & process guests and their assigned room.

Accommodate guest requests.

Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms.

Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.

Handling cash payments.

Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.

Other duties as assigned by management.
