As a receptionist your responsibilities are as following:
Schedule appointments for Stylist
Organizing Files
Directing Guest Welcome Check-ins | Checking Out
Confirming guest bookings and follow ups
Having time management skills and remaining organized during shift
Communicating with Staff and working cohesively to ensure guest have an exclusive relaxing experience
Laundry
Balancing the cash register before and after shift
Taking payments from guest
