Job Description

Hello there. We are a jersey Mike's Franchisee in the Charlotte market with 14 + locations. Looking for a great GM that can become an Operating Partner. Please reply if you are interested. Total compensation can start at around $60,000 and go up to $100,000 depending on experience and tenure.

As a GM you are only required to close 2 times a week. We close at 9 pm and the closing team gets out around 9:45 pm. Your other shifts usually are 8 am until 3 or 4 pm. Your workweek consists of around 50 hours.

Store Locations Include Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Ballantyne, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, and Weddington.

Company Description

We are a growing company with 17 locations in the Charlotte area with lots of room for advancement. We have several team members that started off as hourly team members that are not Operating Partners in their own stores.
