Position: General Manager

The General manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the restaurant. By carefully adhering to company standards, the GM ensures maximized profitability and efficiency in all areas including inventory, food preparation, service times, customer relations, storefront maintenance, recruiting, hiring and training of staff, and other duties as required. The General Manager is tasked with perpetuating a positive, safe, and efficient work environment for the entire store team.

Requirements:

· Previous management experience is ideal but not required

· A positive team-player attitude

· Strong problem-solving skills

· An eye for details

· Reliable independent transportation

· Minimum 6 months of work experience in Restaurant or Hospitality

· Professional references

· Record of superb workplace attendance

· Must be at least 21 years old to apply

Additional (Non-Required) Qualifications

· Experience with Restaurant Point of Sales equipment

· Experience with Project Management and Accountability software

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

· Valid Food Handlers License
