RN and LVN

We are looking to hire a Field RN and LVN Nurse to work closely with the medical teams . The right individual will be able to capture and document client's medical information, as well as report critical finding to DON and physicians. The successful candidate for this position must have strong leadership and communication skills, and be capable of working in stressful, often high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Prep and administer IV infusion
• Prepare medicines for injection.
• Conduct a physical exams
• Assist with care co-ordination.
• Have excellent wound care skills
• Have team builder spirit
• Excellent documentation Skills
