Nail Technician

We are looking for someone to join our team.

Responsible for providing professional services for nails, hands, and feet in accordance with spa. Basic knowledge of massage techniques of the hands and feet are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and promote spa policies
• Maintain spa standards for service
• Familiarize yourself with all safety and fire procedures
• Be courteous, professional, and efficient service in service.
• Meet job description with consistency
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work areas in accordance to establishment standards, board of health, and board of cosmetology standards.
• Maintain a regular clientele
• Maintain condition of the spa and its equipment and to report any damage immediately to the Spa Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Spa Experience of 2 years or more preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment;
• Must be able to follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain the guest confidentiality
• Perform all necessary skills for high-level nail care
• Required to speak, read, and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
• Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 20 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
• Must be able to provide necessary Licenses & Certifications in according to the Californian State regulations, State Board Cosmetology License

Salary:

$24.00 - $45.00 per hour
