Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an outstanding General Manager for our newest concept. Our restaurant is a high-energy setting with a great working environment. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the development of training materials, systems, and processes to help build a new brand
• Builds Team Talent - ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant
• Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
• Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key to success

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Background in fast food and drive-thrus is a must
• Experience in working in a new restaurant opening and training is a plus
• Must be high-energy and outgoing
