Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Work with Managing Partner to develop policies and processes
• Recruit, coach, develop and mentor employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Oversee catering requests

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years full-service restaurant experience - prefer corporate experience
• Hands-on management style
• Serve Safe and TABC Certified
• Experienced and comfortable using a variety of restaurant management software
