FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
F. Ruggio Restoration is looking for a hands-on Foreman to coordinate everyday operations and complete
projects at multiple sites.
YEAR ROUND WORK-HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Pay: $15.00 -$25.00 DOE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
 Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
 Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
 Supervise and train workers.
 Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
 Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

 Valid Driver license/ reliable transportation
 Effective communication
 Ability to recognize inefficiencies in both safety and production and take corrective actions.
 Must possess a high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and ability to work independently with
minimal supervision
