We are seeking a professional Sales/Design Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers and presenting flooring products, custom counter tops, decorative lighting, and installation services in a beautiful designer showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Explain products and services to customers
- Enter and process customer orders
- Contribute to the design goals of each customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and interior finishes or textile products is preferred.
- Possess interior design skills and an interest in selling fashion products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
