The position enhances the WAC's mission and values by, for example, Member name recognition, and guiding the development of Team Member skills, self-esteem, and confidence.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESWorks closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager on day-to-day restaurant communications and leads or participates in daily pre-meal meetings and food shows, weekly meetings and all staff functions.Schedules Team Members responsible for serving, bussing, bar tending, room service, cocktail, and host/greeter services. This includes responsibility for re-bidding schedules.Supervises as evidenced by 80% of shift being an active floor manager, Host/Greeters, servers, bartenders, Server assistants staff, and ensures all meal periods are conducted as per SOP in all operations, including room service and lounges.Ensures service teams embrace and execute marketing campaigns, strategies and promotions. To be measured as per outline for each.Represents the WAC, responds to Member and Guest concerns, and arranges for special food, room service, and equipment requests.Accountable for payroll and timekeeping functions, cashiering, accounting data input and for ordering china, glass, utensils, and silver service.
