Shift Manager / Crew Lead / Team Lead

We are looking for a qualified candidate with previous fast food/restaurant experience.
This person will work nights and most weekends. A successful candidate must have previous fast food/restaurant experience with strong customer service and leadership skills. This position manages the overall operations on a daily basis including, training of employees, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security.
A successful canidate will have following;
• 2 years experience in Fast Food
• At least 1 year as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager
• Must have Food Saftey Certification
• Enjoy people and take pride in what you do
