Restaurant Manager - $1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Opportunity to join Oahu's first and only Forbes 5-star luxury hotel! Trump International Hotel Waikiki has an immediate opening for the position of Restaurant Manager.

Position Overview:

Primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of each outlet and being present on the outlet floor. Train, observe and evaluate associates and work procedures to ensure quality and consistency of standards and service. Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service. Additional duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications and Specific Requirements:

Five (5) years of food and beverage or hospitality experience, 4 or 5 star hotel is preferred. Two (2) years experience in a supervisory or management role preferred. Must possess excellent communications skills; Japanese language skills highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and POS systems, familiar with hotel operating systems preferred. Must be able to obtain TB clearance test and Liquor ID Card. Required to work flexible and varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
