We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and Edit Orders
- Sourcing with Suppliers
- Maintain current customer base
- Help in website sales
- Help in Expediting and general Office duties
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service
- Fastener Experience a Plus
- Good to Excellent Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office 365 Experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organization Skiills
- Communication Skills
