Comedy Club Bartender Part Time

Gregory's Steak & Seafood Grille - Upstairs Comedy Restaurant Club is hiring a part time comedy club server / cocktail bartender for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights in the Comedy Room.

We start the night with a dinner before the show seating at 6:00 and 6:15 & 6:30pm and guests then move to the show section following dinner service. Starting from 7:00pm on additional guests arrive to enjoy the show which starts at 8pm. So we have a full dinner service and then later on in the evening after 6:30pm offer a drinks and light food menu guests order from. Good time management is a must.

Must have prior upscale bartending/serving experience of at least 3 years within the last 2 years. No bar food service only. Must be able to know wine, martinis and good wine presentation knowledge.

Must be on time, reliable, work in a fast paced environment, be well groomed and work well as a team. Good communication skills.

Must be able to use stairs.

Must be able to focus and not be distracted by comedians or Interrupt the show.

Shifts are usually 5:00pm - 10:30pm but also depending on group bookings.

Upscale dinner restaurant downstairs and upstairs Thursday, Friday & Saturday comedy shows with dinner before the show option upstairs.
