Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for our Huddle House Restaurant in Elk City who is passionate about food and about serving home-cooked meals to customers.

Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Educate, develop, and recruit all restaurant team members
• Understands labor costs; Schedules staff in line with customer counts
• Accurately prioritize job responsibilities so that the highest level of customer service is provided
• Able to direct the work of others and lead by example
• Knows metrics for restaurant, including sales, waste, etc
• Manages inventory levels appropriately through ordering and audits
• Knows food safety
• Continually follows up to ensure recipes are followed, staff is trained and food quality standards are met

Serv Safe Certification is a plus!
