Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking for positive and professional individuals who can deliver excellent customer services; Front Desk agent will have some previous hotel experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. .

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
