Direct Support Professional

 As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their daily activities, providing them with support and assistance, and helping to ensure their wellbeing. Hours: 4 days on 3 days off,

Thurs/Fri 830 am-630pm Sat. 9am-6pm Sun 11am-7pm

Duties /Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities and functions, such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and communication
• Provide guidance and instruction in accordance with client needs and philosophies
• Assist with developing and implementing plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Provide person-centered support that promotes independence, inclusion, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation (progress notes, billing, etc.)
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and coworkers
• Maintain records, reports/charts, and other documentation as required

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
