Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding and pleasant experience to our guests
• Welcome and safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness
• Educating and assisting customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books
• Follow company processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

• 2 plus years of customer service experience
• Be a team player
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Stay active by working outdoors in changing temperatures and weather conditions
• Must know how to take initiative- Self-Starter
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity
• No car washing experience necessary
