Shipping Receiving Clerk

At Alphacoat Finishing, we provide the best possible service, on time delivery with superior quality and reliability. We are looking for an Shipping & Receiving Clerk with the following qualifications

Job responsibilities include:

• Positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude required
• Receive and identify all incoming materials and parts.
• Process all incoming paperwork and log orders into the computer.
• Process all outgoing paperwork related to the shipping and delivery process.
• Pack and safely secure parts and materials for shipment.
• Interact professionally with Customer and Suppliers.
• Load and unload materials from the truck or van.
• Safely use material handling equipment.
• Informing customers when orders are ready for pickup.
• Able to safely lift and handle parts weighting 1 to 35 pounds.
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to learn quickly on the job
• Reliable, responsible, honest, and trustworthy
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases/system

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-3 years general office experience
• Punctual - no tardies please!
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
