Plumbing Technician

Admiral Plumbing Heating & Electric is the premier residential service provider in the Utah area seeking motivated HVAC Technician to perform field activities associated with installation, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential customers. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional HVAC experience. We're looking for individuals from Nephi to Ogden, and from Tooele to Park City.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
• Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior plumbing warranty and service work for the residential construction industry,
• Current Tradesman or Journeyman level license,
• Valid driver's license,
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Perform the physical demands of the position: working in indoor and outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow); climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching; able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds, and pushing and pulling of objects.
