We are looking for a responsible, well-respected nurse practitioner to work closely with our RHC practice to conduct patient exams, virtual visits, chronic care management, EPSDT/DSNP, DOT physicals, Medicare Annual Wellness visits. This is a position requiring the nurse practitioner to work on site.\r\n\r\nSalary : $92K - $120K Per Annual\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n• Conduct virtual video visits for patients\r\n\r\n• Ask intuitive questions to discover the root cause of illness\r\n\r\n• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patients medical history\r\n\r\n• Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive insight into medication management\r\n\r\n• Maintain a comprehensive medical record of the patients complete health history\r\n\r\n• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion between patients and clinician\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\n• Must be active in at least one US state - multiple states preferred\r\n\r\n• Two years of practice experience\r\n\r\n• Board certified\r\n\r\n• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics\r\n\r\n• Proficiency in common medication indications, side effects, and contraindications\r\n\r\n• Excellent oral and written communication skills\r\n\r\n• Respect for patient confidentiality\r\n\r\n• Compassionate and approachable\r\n\r\n• Responsible and trustworthy
