We are looking for candidates who are detailed, deadline driven, motivated, have exceptional customer service skills, and want to grow with our team! Drivers in this role will be operating a Sprinter Van while delivering small boxes/packages that weigh up to 35 pounds.Local routes are typically within a 100-mile radius of the warehouse. 6 months prior Delivery Driver experience required.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.$100Attendance bonus starting 11/27/2022 -12/24/2022 weekly !

Pay:

$23.50 / hr.

Shift:

7:00 AM start time; shifts are usually 10 to 12 hours long. 3-4 day work week (flexibility needed as most schedules include one weekend day)

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Cargo Van / Sprinter Van to deliver products to customers in an assigned route
• Deliver between 80-120 boxes daily
• Understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
• Transport boxes of perishable items, perform accurate deliveries, manage schedules and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Maintain proper delivery logs and handheld records; FarEye
• Ensure deliveries are secured inside of the vehicle to prevent breakage or damage
• Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document
• Notify Logistics Supervisor to report any food safety/quality issues; major maintenance or delivery concerns encountered
• Talk with customers and the public, often being the face of the brand
• Manage a clean, sanitary and safe work area
• Perform inspections of your vehicle before and following each trip
• Comply with Company regulations and follow work safety practices
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
• Troubleshoot customer delivery access issues
• Follow photo requirement to confirm completed deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years old
• 6+ months of previous job related driving experience
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving record
• Can work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
